Boston Lobsters NESHL Team

BPH has a hockey team in the D division of the NESHL Boston Metro League, called the Lobsters. Contact lobsters-manager@bostonpridehockey.org if you're interested in playing.

• 50-50 Raffles to raise funds for Gay Games 2010
  
  Upcoming venues: Fritz Sports Pub, Friday, Jan 22, 2010 8pm-12pm.

   

• Friends and family Skate
  The annual Friends and Family skating event is taking place on Feb. 20th, 9pm-10pm at the Emmons-Horrigan-O'Neil Rink, Charlestown MA Skate rentals are available in advance for $5 (contact board@bostonpridehockey.org to reserve skate rentals at least 2 days in advance).  Cost per person to skate is $5 with non-alcohol beverages being provided by BPH.  Join the group at the Ninety Nine Restaurant Austin Street, Charlestown MA after the skate concludes for appetizers compliments of BPH and cash bar.  Special Thanks to Dave B for coordinating the event again this year.
  
  
• Madison WI Hockey Tournament - First Annual MGHA Classic
  The first annual MGHA tournament will be held in Madison WI the weekend of April 30 - May 2, 2010. There is some interest amoung BPH members to attend this event. Updated information on the tournament can be found at the MGHA Website. Will provide further information when registration opens!

• Gay Games 2010, Cologne, Germany: July 31 - Aug. 10, 2010

  The Lobsters have won the gold medal at the last three Games and are looking to defend again in 2010. Keep an eye out for 50/50 raffles that will be happening at several local establishments over the next couple of months.
